A one bedroom (beach room ) with Queen Bed and Twin Bed (+ $20 for twin bed use) and a nautical decorated bathroom all in a private suite on the second floor in a PRIVATE home. Max 3 ppl. Option to reserve a 2nd bedroom (Nordic Rm) in the suite is available to the Beach Rm guest only. The 2nd bedroom has a Full bed and a Twin bed. Adult only use of a host-shared yoga room / exercise room located on the second floor. 1st Floor Pantry to help yourself to morning Tea, Coffee or Expresso and a snack is available on the left side countertop. You’re welcome to enjoy your morning brew and snack on the patio or in the kitchen, dining room, Great room or in your private suite. Guest access Common front entry and stairs to second floor exercise room and guest’s private one or two-bedroom suite. Common access to the host shared back patio seating and dining tables. The Dining room or kitchen is also available to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Other things to note In the foyer, prior to heading up the stairs to your immaculate suite, Sandy, Wet or Dirty footwear can be removed and left on the shoe tray located at the bottom left side of the stairs to your suite. If you wish, feel free to leave a pair of clean shoes, sandals or slippers to slip on when you return from your enjoyable day. BE SURE to use the provided glass/cop coasters when placing coffee cups, water glasses and bottles on the wood furniture. ALSO, use the decorative trays for your toiletries and do not place them directly on the wood furniture. All wet bath towels should be left on the bathroom towel racks and hook. DO NOT hang towels on the wood doors. flush ONLY toilet paper in the toilet. Please, place all other sanitary products in the paper bags found next to the toilet waste basket and drop it in basket. Quiet time is 11 PM to 7 AM.
