Spacious home for the entire family to enjoy! Just a few minutes walk to the soft sand & clear water of Kailua beach. Spend your days at the beach with your private, air conditioned oasis awaiting you for rest and relaxation. A short bike ride to Kailua Town with restaurants and shops. Lanikai Beach is less than a 5 minute drive away. Hike, bike ride, snorkel, swim, surf, boogie board, kayak, paddle board, kite surf, wind surf, and much more!! With approximately 3,300 sqft of interior space and another 1,500 sqft of backyard, you may have more room than you need. But who cares, more is better! At night, enjoy warm air & the ocean breeze while BBQing in the tropical backyard. We have just recently installed all brand new quiet split Air Conditioners through out the entire house! Stay cool during hot days. We provide the bedding and towels that you need. We provide Body Wash, Shampoo & Conditioner, and Laundry Detergent. We do provide self check-in and keyless entry. There is plenty of room for parking for up to 2 cars. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler bags, beach mats, boogie boards and more are provided. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a playroom for the kids. The master suite extends to an office/lounge room. Sleeping accommodations are up to 4 adults max. 2 persons per bedroom. The house is multifamily residence in a residential neighborhood. We ask that you be mindful of noise out of respect to our neighbors, especially during our quiet hours of 10pm-7am.
