Hale Bali – Rental includes vehicle and taxes at no additional cost. Top floor corner unit at Kepuhi Beach Resort. Spacious studio with vaulted ceiling. Just steps to the beaches with West facing views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets from the furnished lanai. Close to the ocean side pool and convenience store. The unit was recently remodeled with all the amenities one would expect from a contemporary resort rental. The space Welcome to West Molokai. Where old school Hawaiian charm meets true peace and tranquility in a contemporary setting. This second-floor studio unit, located steps from the beach, offers views of the ocean as well as beautiful sunsets from the furnished lanai. In addition to the beautifully maintained grounds, Kepuhi Beach Resort offers a beachside pool, convenience store and proximity to multiple hiking trails as well as some of the most beautiful, remote beaches in all of Hawaii. Additionally, the rental cost includes the use of a vehicle which can be picked up upon arrival and left at the airport upon departure. We do require proof of a valid drivers license and personal insurance, but apart from that, there are no additional requirements to use the vehicle. Because Molokai is a relatively rural Island, options for public transportation are essentially non-existent, so having a vehicle is a huge plus. Rental cars are typically available from the one rental agency on the Island but they average $150+/day, making this arrangement very attractive. Unfortunately, the AC in the vehicle needs to be serviced so the AC may or may not work, but other than that, the car is very reliable. In addition to a full kitchen, the unit contains a queen-sized bed as well as a pull out sleeper loveseat sofa, a 50 inch Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, high speed internet, laundry room at the adjacent building, shower over tub and all of the amenities one would expect from their Hawaiian home away from home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. A code to the lockbox for the front door will be provided prior to arrival. *Note* This is an upper-level unit with stairs leading up to the front door. Other things to note The Resort is located on the West Side of the Island approximately 12 miles from the Airport. There is a convenience store located at the Resort that is open 9am to 5pm 7 days a week but that is the only place to shop on the West Side of the Island. The main town on the Island is Kaunakakai, which is located approximately 6 miles East of the airport. As all of the shops, gas stations and restaurants are located in Kaunakakai, it is recommended that visitors visit town prior to arrival at the Resort to purchase groceries, etc... Any navigation app will give you directions to the Resort but Molokai is a small remote Island and there is only one main road. So to get to the Resort, you go right (West) and to go to Town, go left... you won't miss it. Trust me :) Registration Details 510030060128, TA-078-345-1648-01
