This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out. Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit. Unless harmful, or in excess, it does not constitute cause for a refund. There is nearby construction at the lot next door, which can be seen from your room. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. At various parts of the construction, you can expect a fair amount of dust, noise, and vibration from your lanai. Minimal noise has been reported from inside the condo but it is still possible.
