Unit Size Approximately 534-546 sqft of interior living space, plus a 67 sqft private patio / lanai area. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied.
