Each of the two primary guest rooms is a self-contained suite with its own ensuite bath and private entry, separated by a stylish open-concept living area and chef’s kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling sliders open onto the breezy lanai, perfect for entertaining, lounging, or simply soaking in the skyline and fireworks. The fully equipped kitchen features a bespoke full-size fridge, electric stove with built-in air fryer, hidden drawer-style dishwashers, and a complete coffee station. Dine outdoors at the weatherproof picnic table and catch sunset cocktails or sunrise coffee — or both. Why choose? Brand-new triple-zone split A/C minis let each guest control their comfort independently, or enjoy natural trade winds through vintage jalousie windows. But thanks to some ever-evolving (and often confusing) local regulations, we’ve added this friendly disclaimer to keep everything crystal clear: • Staycations – For stays of 30+ days, you’re welcome to use the space for living, working, or a blissful blend of both. • Workations – For shorter visits, this space is reserved for business use: think remote work, creative production, corporate retreats, or “strategic” friend meetings over wine and whiteboards, family board meetings, impromptu co-working for digital nomads…you get the picture. Luxury stays, for working days — or anything in between. Rather than get tangled in bureaucracy, we’ve chosen to embrace the full potential of this space. Guest access You can use it all and if you missed it before, each guest suite has its own smartlock entry accessible by keypad code provided in your checkin instructions. The condo has two fobs for sharing amongst guests and the smartlocks can be configured for separate and distinct codes if a higher level of privacy is needed. We are working on a contactless experience. The building does require fob access initially but doesn’t allow lockboxes on premise. Easy solution: pickup the fobs on your way to the property for checkin by stopping at our Turo parking garage 2 blocks away. We have secure, 24 hr front desk service and I love our staff there. Airbnb provides instructions and the codes within 48 hrs of checkin. Other things to note -Parking is included. Super convenient as most hotels charge between $65 or higher per night just for parking. Gulp! We are so happy to provide parking if you need it as we have onsite parking and ev charging at our parking garage 2 blocks away. -Direct bookings and extended stays are allowed.
