Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy, creative space. Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos! The space We live on a dirt road. The main house (ours) and the cottage (yours) both sit near the front of the property. Our land extends about 10 acres back behind us. Guest access Upon entering the main driveway, guests will turn left to access a designated parking spot. A private walkway leads from there to the front porch of the cottage. Guests are welcome to explore the entirety of the property as long as the main house is respected. You may spot us outside on occasion. Other things to note 📱Being in the woods means cell service can be a bit unpredictable, however AT&T does very well out here. 🐾 If you plan on bringing a pet, please let us know the breed! We love them all, but there are a few that our insurance won’t allow. -Also note that we do not have a fenced in area. 🛏️ While 3 guests fit most comfortably, it can be possible for us to accommodate 4.
