Per our HOA regulations, we cannot host more than 6 humans in the condo- we will receive a fine for going over occupancy limits. We cannot control outside circumstances including but not limited to: Construction noise, landscaping noise, building maintenance, hallway noise, swimming pool noise, emergency personal noise, roadway noise, etc. *We will not refund, in any amount, disruptions due to these uncontrollable circumstances.* *The dryer in the unit is a ventless style dryer so it will take longer than usual to dry clothes.
