Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 9pm and 7 am. -Please remove shoes at the door and refrain from wearing shoes in the house -Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms. -No parties or events. -There is no smoking in the apartment or on the premises. -There is one designated parking spot on the premises for your convenience.
