The space Unit Overview: Amenities recreational deck renovations has begun. The renovation timeline is currently set from April 2025 - for the next 12-14 months (April - June 2026). Pool, hot tubs, grills, etc. will not be available during this time. Price has been adjusted to reflect construction that will occur M-F (9:00am - 5:00pm). Renovations is on the 6th Floor. Expect longer wait times for elevators, there will be only three operable elevators as maintenance will take place throughout 2025. Amenities deck renovations is from April 2025 - expected to be completed June 2026. Pool, hot tubs, grills, etc. will not be available during this time.
