Royal Aloha Waikiki Condo, 2 bd/1 ba

A modest condominium located at the beginning of Waikiki. Nothing extravagant or luxurious, but reasonably sized 2 bd / 1 ba. Less than 1 mile to Fort DeRussy Beach, Ala Moana Shopping Center, McCully Shopping Center, local bars, restaurants, and convenient stores. Less than 2 miles away from Hilton Hawaiian Village and of course near Waikiki Beach. No hidden fees or taxes, it is all inclusive. 400mbps WIFI & Cable TV The space Our home fits up to 5 adults comfortably, max 6 guests, if children. In both of the 2 bedrooms, there are Queen mattress' which will sleep 2 adults comfortably in each room. In the living room, there is a lounger sofa that can be flattened out for 1 and a twin air mattress for 1 (extra sheets for both in the closet). Portable AC units (unfortunately quieter Window Units are not allowed to be installed in the building) in each room. Within our condo there is a full kitchen, full bath and private lanai/balcony. Amenities and spaces are shown as seen in the pictures. You may use anything in the condo. Guest access In addition to the condo, there are communal amenities in the build. There is a laundromat, in addition to a laundry room, and trash shoot on every floor however larger trash items need to be disposed on in the basement. A pool, bbq grill, and vending machines are on the Upper Level lobby. Other things to note GREAT PERK: 1 FREE PARKING SPOT AS WELL AS ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED ARE INCLUDED, NO HIDDEN FEES FROM US! PARKING IS EXPENSIVE IN WAIKIKI SO SAVE ($25-$50/DAY)! Please ask us in advance about additional cleaning services during your stay, the additional fee is $150 for each service and needs to be setup before your stay. The bedding design may differ from the pictures as we change them out often. However equally as clean and complimentary to the rooms. Check-Out Anytime Before 10:00am, Late check outs will result in an additional days rate. Lost keys will be subjected to a fine of $100-200 per set. We ask this amount because the building charges $100 for replacement elevator key fob and gated garage remote per item so please be responsible and don’t lose it! :) We are looking to host people who are nice, easy going, and overall good people. Keep in mind that this building is not a hotel, it is an older building with residents as well as Airbnb guests. Unfortunately this building is not wheelchair accessible. In our condo, we offer the basic necessities for an affordable vacation, some utensils and some tableware as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner only. We usually supply 1 towel per guest during your stay. Having said that we do everything we can to accommodate our guests and would absolutely love to host you.
