Book your stay with us and experience the soul of Oahu’s North Shore. ***WHAT TO EXPECT*** ~MY HOME IS NOT A NEW BUILD. The original structure was built in the 1940's. Whilst it is very beautiful and comfortable, it has the expected character and issues of an older beachfront home. Small imperfections and quirks should be expected. It is not a newly built hotel, it is my home. ~LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Banzai Pipeline (Ehukai Beach Park) is the most famous surf beach in the world. Professional surfers flock here from across the globe to experience the most perfect wave in the world, Pipe. This location is extremely rare and is reflected in the price. ***This is a professional rental platform for the house!However, the house is managed by myself and local service companies I hire. You are communicating directly with the manager/owner of the home. Although I strive to provide 5 star service and experience, I unfortunately do not have the resources or man power of a professional management company or hotel. I appreciate your understanding and consideration of this rustic beachfront paradise. Please do not park past the garbage vestibule as this will block the neighbors cars. Parking: Please park your vehicles in the designated parking spaces provided. Be mindful not to block any neighboring driveways or access points. Theres is also a free, 24/7 parking lot 50 feet from the house, Ehukai Beach Park. You will drive through it to reach the house. Other things to note This property complies with Ordinance 22-7. See message below for further details and 30 day rental availability! Additional rules 1. Occupancy: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval from the host. 2. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum during this time. 3. No Parties or Events: Hosting events, gatherings, or parties on the property is strictly prohibited. The rental is intended for residential use only. 4. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the beach house. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly in designated containers. 5. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable at all times. Avoid excessive noise, loud music, or any behavior that may disrupt the peace of the neighborhood. 6. Pets: Regrettably, we do not allow pets on the property to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies. 7. Cleanliness and Care: We kindly request that you maintain cleanliness during your stay. Please treat the beach house and its amenities with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges. 8. Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash in the provided bins outside the house. Ensure all garbage is properly bagged and securely tied to prevent any issues with local wildlife. 9. Parking: Please park your vehicles in the designated parking spaces provided. Be mindful not to block any neighboring driveways or access points. 10. Compliance with Laws: Guests are expected to comply with all local laws, regulations. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these rules. They are in place to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all guests. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, additional charges, or eviction from the property.What does Ordinance 22-7 require in online advertisements? Advertisements for less than 30 day rentals must include the operator's STR registration or NUC number and the tax map key of the property. It is unlawful to advertise a dwelling for a rental period of less than 30 days unless the dwelling is registered. Advertisements for rentals that are not registered or allowed by a NUC must also include the following statement: "this property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.” Hotel and timeshare advertisements must include the tax map key for the property on which the hotel unit or timeshare unit is located.
