I hope it will help you choose a place to stay in Honolulu. 《As basic information on this unit》 -Full-Furnished with: 2Queen size bed, coffee table, chairs, AC. -Balcony with canal view -Basic kitchenware： Dishes, Silver, Pan, Pot, Refrigerator, microwave etc. *There is an electric cooktop, but no oven. -Bath amenities: Bath towel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Toilet paper, Hair dryer. *No tooth blush, hair brush, shaver etc. *We don't change your towel, bed sheets during your stay. If you stay longer than 14nights, 2 towels are provided to each guest. If you stay 13 nights or shorter, 1 towel is provided to each guest -Private unit: This studio unit is perfectly for you. You don't need to share bathroom kitchen space with other guests in your unit. 《Basic information on this building》 -Coin Laundry -Pool -Sauna -Building paid parking Other things to note ＊Point of caution＊ The building management has announced that the pool will be closed from November 9th to November 17th (morning). We apologize to those who were looking forward to this, and thank you for your understanding. ＊＊This unit is NOT HOTEL UNIT＊＊ This building is Hotel&Condo. HOWEVER, This unit does NOT belong to hotel. Just as the condominium unit So there is no hotel service like daily clean, leaving your luggages, security guard etc. If guests expect a fancy, gorgeous building to stay like hotel, this condominium is difficult to meet your expectations. 《We have to receive below info BEFORE check-in to register the building》 -Full names of all guest on ID who will stay -All guest Phone number -"Representative" mailing(house) address .(Not all guests) It is because this building management request and building uses it for building safety purpose.This info is not for us. When guests arrive here, all guests have to show ID to the building front desk. The building staff will query your pre-registration information and ID information. So, if we can not get those info and register before your check-in, GUESTS CAN NOT check-in , get key and stay here. So, please let us know those info soon after reservation. Therefore, only guests whose names and number of reservations are registered can enter the building and unit. If there are unregistered visitors during your stay, it is a violation of building rules and will result in a fine to guests. In some circumstances, an eviction order will be issued. 《About Check-in》 This condominium prohibits to put a key box. So guests can not do self check in. Guests need to go to the building lobby and check-in with ALL GUEST'S ID. ≪Early Check-in Fee & Late check-out≫ Our early check-in service available from 1:00pm Early check-in fee is $30+Tax Late Check-out until 12:30pm, late check out fee is $30+Tax until 2:30pm, late check out fee is $60+Tax after 2:30pm, late check out fee is 1 night fee ＊You may not able to do early check-in and late check-out because of prior or next guests.
