Beach Escape #2 (Cottage)

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. Whether you are here to relax or to have fun, the options are endless and you will not be disappointed. Peaceful, safe, quiet block. Our home is six blocks walking distance from the beach and boardwalk which is about 12 minute walk or a 3 minute car ride. There is street parking out front of our home. Take a morning stroll towards Angle Sea or rent a bicycle to ride on the boardwalk! All guests must be 25+ yrs old. NO PETS ALLOWED. The space Beach Escape #2 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage located behind our main house. The cottage can be accessed through the pathway on the left side of the main house. Then, walk down the left side of the main house into the shared back yard. We have two queen size beds upstairs and one full pull out bed in the living room. There is a full sized kitchen equipped with all utensils needed to cook. The backyard is a shared space with the guests from the main house. When the owners are present, there may also be dogs present. The dogs will not be in the shared yard without the owners. We cannot allow more than 4 guests due to the small size of the cottage. Absolutely no parking in the driveway as it is used as an entrance to the backyard and to the cottage located behind the main house. Street parking is free and first come first served. Guest access You will have access to the backyard and cottage only. Other things to note We are welcoming you into our home--please respect our space! We want you to have a great time, but please take into consideration this is a family home when not being rented and there may be personal belongings. Upon departure, please lock all doors and and place trash and recyclables in the appropriate bins outside of the house. The owners may be available in person when they are staying in either Beach Escape #1 or Beach Escape #2. When the owners are present, there may also be dogs present.
