The covered lanai (patio) is the great spot to enjoy your morning coffee as your take in the many sights of the Waikiki city view and plan your next Hawaii adventure. The Kaiolu Sunrise complex is a secure building that offers coin operated community washer/dryer units on all floors, on-site swimming pool and BBQ area. The unit does not come with parking but there is a viable, low-cost car share program (Drive Hui) with 13 locations in Waikiki. The unit is within walking distance to the shopping, restaurants, and famous Waikiki Beach. You have everything from small boutique stores for little Hawaii souvenirs to world-class shopping and dining. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00 Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
