A large, covered lanai is furnished for outdoor dining, and relaxing with a hanging basket chair and chaise-lounge. The lanai has a ceiling fan to keep things cool, and concealed LED lighting around the perimeter of the ceiling, to keep you enjoying well into the night. Sliding glass doors allow access to the lanai from both the living room and kitchen sides, creating a wonderful indoor/outdoor living flow. The spacious floor plan reserves the entire upper floor for the primary suite. The lower-level bedroom has a barn-door shut-off, to privatize the lower-level suite. In the room are two extra-long twin beds, to sleep full-sized adults comfortably. The unit has full-size LG washer/dryer laundry center and steamer for your clothes. High-end cutlery and dinnerware for the kitchen. Around the grounds, discover the plumeria forest surrounding the 8' deep cool water pool, an almost-always-empty tennis court (the unit also has pickle ball equipment), a clubhouse, outdoor communal grills, and ping-pong! In this clubhouse, you'll also find the sauna and locker rooms. Poipu Crater is a terrific basecamp for all your Kauai adventures... just down the road to several beaches for epic snorkeling, surfing, and paddleboarding. A ways further West, and you'll be stunned by the vast Waimea Canyon. Heading North, you'll discover Hanalei Bay and the awesome Napali coast... and all in-betweens, take on countless waterfalls, hiking trails, and other spectacular sites by day, and delicious restaurants and shopping in the evenings at several nearby centers, include the Kukui'ula Village and Historic Koloa town. Guest access Guests have dedicated parking space, in addition to free use of Guest spaces. From parking, meander past the birds of paradise and tiki carved coconut tree, down a bougainvillea lined pathway to arrive at this very private unit. Other things to note FYI, the 'Fees' are a straight pass-through, lump sum that includes the AirBnB commission, along with all taxes; Hawaii Laws require that we collect GET (4.712%), Kauai TAT (3.0%) and TAT (10.25%) taxes, which are visible after selecting 'Reserve'.
