There is a full size kitchen and refrigerator equipped with cookware and spices. ** Additional amenities include --Pool ,Tenis Court, Play Ground --Sauna --BBQ grilling area -- secured garage parking --Laundry room on every floor Guest access Check-in / Checkout Information: --Check in: 3:00 pm (unless other arrangements have been made). -- Check out: 11:00 am. If you know you will need to arrive early or depart late, --Early check ins and late check outs are sometimes available depending on availability. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance. Door Access: --There is an electronic lock on the door for 24 hour access. This code will be given on the day of check in. Parking: There is covered parking garage for the entirety of your stay. The parking pass is $40 per day. (Normally this parking pass is $50 per day at the gate). Please let us know at least two days prior if you would like a parking pass. We will ensure this is in the unit prior to your arrival. Vehicle Restrictions: Height restrictions 6 feet 2 inches. The ground floor has LIMITED parking spaces for large cars. While some units are managed by Aston Hotels, many others—including ours—are owner-operated. We strive to provide an excellent experience; however, please note that we are an independent Airbnb condo and not part of the hotel operation.
