Rentee will provide a credit card at check in and takes responsibility for all incidental charges associated with their vacation for which additional fees are charged including occupancy tax of ~$29/night. 4. Rentee shall use the Property in accordance with the rules and regulations of the resort and will pay for all repairs, replacements and damages caused by the acts or neglect of or his/her guests.
