Each of the four bedrooms is fully private, offering a tranquil and undisturbed environment for every guest. The first and second bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, providing a comfortable sleeping arrangement for one person or a couple. The third bedroom offers two full-size beds, making it an excellent choice for families with children or groups of friends, accommodating up to four people. Guest access The entire apartment is for guests' use, we are in the neighborhood, in case if we are needed Other things to note HOUSE RULES: We conduct an Inspection of the property after each guest for damages and Rules violation. - Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. No music or any noise after 10pm. - Parties are NOT allowed. If there is any small event held in the house, Post-event cleaning fee is charged ($150-$250). Any event should be communicated with the host beforehand. No Confetti, please. - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment (No cigarettes, drugs, or hookah).
