The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, ocean views, a private patio and a large en-suite bathroom with two vanities and well as a soaking tub and large shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, a trundle bed with two twin size mattresses, and a private garden view patio. With a sleep capacity of eight, J102 is perfect for families or small groups looking to enjoy the Big Island from a prime beachfront location. All guests also receive access to the private Beach Club, located only a short walk away along a beautiful coastal trail. Enjoy snorkeling in the morning, and then have dinner at Napua's restaurant, or take a stroll over to Auberge Mauna Lani for more dining and night-life options. At J102, everything you need to have an amazing vacation is within walking distance of your front door! Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. **Guests of J102 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Membership valid through May 7, 2026 and is subject to renewal. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a premier oceanfront property on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. The Terrace is located adjacent to the Auberge Resort at Mauna Lani on the only beachfront condominium site in the Mauna Lani Resort. All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. Our on-site resort office at the Mauna Lani Terrace is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.
