Keurig coffee maker and teas to start off your morning and popcorn for movie night on your Smart TV. Each Queen bed has soft linens to accommodate two people comfortably. A workstation and excellent WiFi for those that can work remote and a versatile ottoman that converts to a bed for a small adult or child. Full-size washer and dryer for use and garage for parking. This includes the living area, kitchen, bathrooms, and a private garage for your vehicle. The only area that is off-limits is the locked mechanical room. For larger groups, you can inquire about booking the adjacent 'The Pack's Place' unit to have the entire duplex to yourselves (subject to availability). Other things to note We are excited to host you! As this is a newer property (built 2024), we want to share a few temporary details. We appreciate your understanding as we put the finishing touches on our getaway: * Landscaping: Please bear with us as we continue to enhance the landscaping to create a beautiful outdoor space. We do have grass!! Finding the right time to update photos) * Patio: The privacy divider for the front patio has been installed!! Be sure to close on windy days. * Front Door: Please be cautious when opening the front door, as it can swing close to the TV.
