After booking, there will be a lock code sent to you via email that will be your "key" for the entirety of your stay. You will not need to check in with us. If you need anything, we are always available by phone, text, or email. The Wailea Town Center is only a few minutes walk and offers all of the necessities, including a bank, florist, medical offices, a wine store, and more.
