Just a 4 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, rides, waterpark and more! Inside, you'll discover a beautifully designed home with an abundance of character. The ground level features a 1 car garage for extra parking and an outdoor grilling area in the back with a shower rinse off station. Walk up to the main floor and enjoy an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with a covered front deck for outdoor dining or relaxing. The main floor also features a queen bedroom with attached full bathroom. The second floor features three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is attached to the primary bedroom which also features its own private balcony. The top floor features an additional living area with a wet bar and extra large outdoor deck with perfect views of the ferris wheel, and maybe even a summertime fireworks display. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage and outdoor areas. Several small closets are secured for owner use. Other things to note *** Minimum age to book is 25. Third-party bookings (booking on behalf of someone else) are also not permitted. *** Please note that 1 flight of stairs is required to access the main living level. This level includes a bathroom and bedroom. *** A charge of $85 will apply for each/any lost beach badge *** TVs are smart TVs and do not include cable or any streaming services. You may login with your own streaming credentials. *** Pets are prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of an undisclosed pet in addition to any extra cleaning charges.
