The main living level contains a twin bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room, the second level are the two bedrooms plus a bathroom. 4) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degree. 5) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund. 6) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights.
