Newly remodeled, and conveniently located, this 600 sq. ft. single story one bedroom villa offers ocean views, privacy and comfort set back in a tropical lush garden filled with mango and palm trees. This Villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private lanai, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room. Sleeps 2 adults on a king bed that can be reconfigured in two twin beds upon request, and sleeps one adult or two small children on a full size sofa bed in the living room. This villa is conveniently supplied with all of your travel-related “extra” needs such as an iron and ironing board, Tupperware, wine glasses, dishwasher soap capsules, beach towels, and a clothes drying rack for wet swimsuits after playing in the ocean across the street. Basics such as plush bath towels, linens, kitchen rags, Nespresso and drip coffee machines, a set of travel size shampoo and soap, dish soap, salt, pepper, and olive oil are provided as well.
