House renovations included a new central AC and tankless hot water systems; no more cold showers even if your last off the beach. Soundproofing was installed between the units during the renovation work and the backyard was fenced-in for privacy. The unit has a 55" LCD flat panel TV, DVD player, as well as an assortment of DVD's and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils and an ample supply of glasses and dishes.
