Royal Garden Waikiki - Boutique Studio with Lanai

Bright & spacious studio in the luxurious Royal Gardens at Waikiki. Less than 10 minute walk to Waikiki beaches thru beautiful Fort DeRussy. Close to everything, but just outside the hustle & bustle in the middle of Waikiki. Everything is a short walk, from Ala Moana Center, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, International Market Place, Waikiki Beach, Convention Center, & lots of restaurants/shopping. The space It's a 332 sq ft studio on the 18th floor with a kitchenette, bathtub, A/C, and lanai (balcony.) Besides the comfortable memory foam queen size bed, there is a futon sleeper that folds out to a full size bed. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a meal. There are pots/pans, knife set, cutting board, spatulas and other cooking utensils, a double-burner hot plate, microwave, rice cooker, and a decent sized refrigerator/freezer. We also provide shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, so you can leave those at home. The beach is walking distance and takes less than 10 minutes by foot. You can walk through the beautiful Fort DeRussy to the beach and I've got most, if not all, of the beach gear you'll need. There are 2 beach chairs, 3 thick and fluffy beach towels, boogie board, a cooler for your drinks & snacks, 2 sets of adult size snorkel gear, kid beach bucket/shovel. Amenity includes a outdoor pool, steam room, bbq area. Gym and laundry room free for guests to use. 24 hour security and staffed lobby make this building very safe and an excellent place to stay. You really only need to rent a car for days you want to venture out to other parts of the island. Parking is available in the building for $50/day (subject to change) and is not included with the room. If you have a car and want to park, you can coordinate with the valet and front desk people when you arrive. You will need to pay with cash, as they won't take credit cards. Metered parking outside will cost you $3/hour. GETTING AROUND: Bike sharing stations “Biki” are available all around. Check with front desk for trolley rides and public bus routes down the street. You may also look for bus routes and other bus info online. There car sharing services such as Turo and Drivehui. Uber and Lyft are also used regularly around here. I recommend only renting car or use Turo or Drivehui on days you plan to go North Shore or explore the entire island. Everything else is walking distance or easily accessible by bus, Uber, or Lyft. Other things to note Royal Garden Waikiki is a Condo Hotel shared by both private owners and operators of Wyndham Vacation Resorts. TV Media Room, Business Center, and Game room on ground floor ONLY available to Wyndham guests. My guests are welcome to use the pool/sauna and BBQ area on the ground floor, as well as a fitness center and free laundry (located on the 4th floor). My guests won't need to report or check in with lobby staff, but will need to sign-in with security (next to front desk) to obtain WIFI name/passcode and get an access card to enter gym/laundry area.
