The building offers self check in & check out service, parking, gym, swimming pool, luggage drop, car rental, convenience store, and 24-hours security. The space Building amenities include: - Laundry room (5th floor) - Rooftop pool and beach chairs (5th floor) - BBQ area (5th floor) - Gym ($5/person registration fee payable to security for your entire stay) - There is a parking lot in the building ($50 one day & $45/day for multiple days - cash only) with in and out privileges. Street parking directly out front is free (but very limited), and you must move your car by 6am. - Rent a car from the car rental agency downstairs, and they have an arrangement with the parking lot as well.
