Each room is thoughtfully furnished to create restful spaces ideal for families, groups, or friends traveling together. Bedrooms: Six well-sized bedrooms with plush bedding, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. Living Areas: An inviting living room for unwinding and a game room stocked with fun activities—perfect for movie nights, friendly competition, or downtime. Backyard & Patio: A large backyard and peaceful patio area with comfortable seating and a gas grill, ideal for morning coffee, evening chats, or letting the kids play next to the park just steps away. Every space is curated to help guests feel at ease, with everything you need for a smooth, memorable stay in Ames. Whether you're visiting for a getaway, ISU event, or family gathering, we’d be thrilled to host you! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $50 flat pet fee. Late checkout fees apply: $50/hour, up to $500 if significantly delayed. Trash day is Monday; if your stay includes Sunday, please place bins at the curb. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM (family neighborhood). One step into the house; interior has a split-level layout with stairs. Door code entry.
