We live in the downstairs unit and look forward to sharing our home with you, but we cannot allow guests above the 4 person limit for this space! Thank you for your cooperation. We live in a busy area and have noticed finding parking spots at nighttime can be a challenge near us. Many spots open during the day, however, and guests can often find a spot. Please let me know if you plan on arriving at night so I can help with this! Due to the layout of the house, this unit may not be suitable for children. It is often difficult to accommodate early check in and late checkout as my cleaning crew works very hard and I want to give them enough time to make the space excellent for guests!
