Only 5 minutes from I-80, 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to downtown, and 8 minutes to Drake University - it’s a prime location for exploring the lovely Des Moines area! The space With both a living room and den area, the house has plenty of space to spread out. Enjoy some fresh air - there is a patio attached to the dining room and a gated lawn around the duplex. The main floor has a living room, half bath, kitchen & dining room. Two bedrooms are on the top floor along with the full bathroom, while the walkout basement has a third bedroom, a half bath, and a living room with a futon bed that could be used as a fourth bedroom. None of the bedrooms are on the main floor, so while this is an ideal space for families or groups, it’s unfortunately not suitable for guests who can’t easily climb stairs.
