Located in the sunny Leeward area, the weather most of the time is "dry and sunny". The building sits right on the sandy beach of Turtle Cove Beach; depending on the season, home of turtles, dolphins and whales. The condo is fully equipped and loaded with lots of amenities. It’s also private due to the fact that is located on the left corner-end of the building. For our guests convenience there is a BBQ area equipped with Weber gear, tables and seats. BBQ is located on the first floor facing the beach. The building counts with two elevators, secured parking and 24/7 security service. Fully equipped coin or paid with app laundry room is available for guests. You will stay in the wild, natural and undiscovered side of the island were the real Hawaiian people lives... this is a nice, peaceful, simple, family oriented community. The food in local restaurants is great and devoted to keep the local people coming back to eat all the time at affordable prices. Guest access Guest have access to the building secure gated parking via a FOB electronic key. The building has two elevators, a coin and mobile app operated laundry room, direct access to the beach and BBQ area with Weber and other top of the line gas BBQ equipment available for guests use. Other things to note Do you like golfing? The Makaha Valley Country Club is located between the beach and the mountain and as close as 3 miles from our condo. It features a beautiful set up with 18 holes lawn available for rent to Hawaii visitors. The Makaha Golf Course next to the Makaha Valley Golf has been approved to be re-designed by famous Golf World Champion Tiger Woods. That’s a big project for the near future.
