One flight of stairs leads to this single level guest home. There is a full kitchen, spacious lanai, full size W/D on ground level, and air conditioning throughout. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and TV, and the guest bedroom has two twin sized beds. There is a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Shared driveway with the neighboring main home (1 vehicle maximum for this guest house). We are pleased to offer this vacation rental after a recent change in management. Other things to note Air Conditioning Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property. *The hot tub is currently inoperable. **Please note: There is a $75 fee for any check-ins arriving after 11pm. Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee.
