The space To ensure guests complete privacy and security, we do not offer housekeeping services during guest stays. A professional cleaning of the property is done between each guest, along with stocking of linens, towels, and a starter supply of amenities are provided. Due to our location being super central, we are located in the “heart of all the action” in Waikiki. Expect to hear typical noise of city traffic (cars/buses/sirens/bars/nightlife) We understand not all guests are used to these conditions and we want you to be as comfortable as possible. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, we are happy to provide a sound machine and/or earplugs- please request at any point before or during your stay. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to a "boarding pass" which outlines guidebooks, check in steps, and links to trip planning resources.If you desire early check in, you may view options available and book through this link under "customize your stay", we will do our best to accommodate. Guest access ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting April 7th, 2025 there will be complete renovation and closure of the 6th floor rec deck. This will include pool, jacuzzies, BBQ's, playground, and all lounge areas. There will be noisy work occurring Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm. The 6th floor restrooms and sauna will remain open for majority of the project, but access will be limited. This project is expected to last 12-14 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced. Other things to note ATTENTION! Insects, “pests”, geckos, and anything else of such nature are a valuable part of our ecosystem. Just like any other host, or hotel, we routinely treat for household insects, while it is rare to see such inside, it is always a possibility given our environment. This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out. Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit.
