The space - Sleeping Arrangements: A king bed, queen bed, Twin XL bed with an additional pullout twin XL bed underneath, and a full-size Murphy queen bed in the living room ensure ample space for everyone. An additional cot bed is available upstairs in the walk-in closet for added flexibility. - Kitchen Features: Enjoy a full kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, mixer, blender, slow cooker, and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Coffee lovers will appreciate the espresso machine, Keurig machine, and brew coffee machine as well as complimentary fresh coffee beans and pods. - Beach Gear: Prepare for fun in the sun with provided towels, beach chairs, body boards, snorkelling gear, beach toys, inflatables, umbrellas, and a cooler—everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. - Comfort & Style: The condo has been upgraded with new beds and two portable air conditioning units (a rarity in this complex). Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment, fast and reliable internet with WiFi across the unit, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep. For added convenience, the unit features a brand-new LG laundry hub (washer and dryer). - Outdoor & Community: Explore the walking areas filled with fruit trees and watch for wild turkeys. Enjoy views of the golf course and take advantage of the two pools available in the complex, along with hot tubs. Tennis courts and a community pool are within Waikoloa Village and accessible to guests. Convenient Location - Just 30 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the best beaches on the island. - Walking distance to the golf course with the best views on the island. - A quick 4-minute drive to a shopping centre with restaurants and grocery stores. Guest access - Guests have full exclusive access to the property. - Parking is unreserved and free, with plenty of available spaces. Other things to note Additional Information: - Community & Guest Etiquette: - Please be respectful and considerate towards our neighbours and community. - Our home is designed for relaxation and quiet enjoyment; therefore, it is not suitable for events or parties. - Outside guests are not permitted without prior approval. - Failure to disclose an event or exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. Please note that no refunds will be issued for lease violations. - Island Travel Notice: Our property undergoes regular pest control measures. However, due to Hawaii's humid climate, occasional bugs may be encountered. Please ensure screen doors are used and promptly closed to minimize any inconvenience.
