Whether its driving along the coast sightseeing, shopping in Newport or celebrating a special anniversary out in Providence we are centrally located for all your hospitality needs. Dont underestimate this 525 sq ft home, its fully equipped with everything you would need for a stress free stay. The space The Space: LIVING ROOM: The sofa seats 3 comfortably. It is equipped with a coffee table. A wall mounted 60" Samsung Smart TV with streaming apps will keep you up to date on the news or your favorite shows. It is also equipped with a record player with various of old nostalgic classic music from the 50s and 60s. If you have some of your own old records you want to listen to, bring them with you. *Cot available for 3rd guest KITCHEN: The kitchen is a full size kitchen with a full size 30" electric stove with oven, french door refrigerator with double draw freezer. Just installed a beautiful marble backsplash with granite countertops and a island with seating for 2. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a meal. Equipment includes: •Dishes •Cups •Glasses •Assorted Wine Glasses •Coffee Cups •Beer Mugs •Silverware/Cookware •Pots & Pans •Cutting Boards •Cooking Spices, Oil, Vinegar •Keurig •Toaster •Dawn Dish Soap •Dish Towels •Cleaning Supplies Also provided with your stay: •Coffea K-cups •Tea bags •Sugar, Splenda, Equal •Creamer •Butter Note: Fridge does making a beeping sound every 30 seconds or so which might be irritating to some guests. DINING ROOM: The brand new dining room has seating available for 4 with an additional 2 bar height seats at the kitchen island. BATHROOM: Bathroom is equipped with a full size tub with rain shower head. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash are provided through a wall mounted dispenser. Handsoap and sanitizer also provided. Equipped with: •Rubbing Alcohol • Peroxide •Neosporin •First Aid •Sun Protection Spray NOTE: Bathroom door is a non-locking barn style door. Towels will be provided. LAUNDRY: Stackable Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom. Fyi, The dryer uses a ventless system which may make the bathroom abnormally warm. Drying times are much longer with this type of dryer. BEDROOM: The bedroom is equipped with a Full Size bed with Sealy Performance mattress, memory foam mattress topper. All linens, blankets, and pillows will be provided. The bedroom is equipped with a original built in draws to this 1925 house along with a small upper closet available to hang a few pieces of clothing. Iron and ironing board available in bedroom for use. •Foldable bed available for 3rd guest. •Pack n' Play/Travel Crib available. Note: The large locked maintenace closet is not available for use. SAFETY: •Home is equipped with 2 hardwired combination smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. •1 Kitchen Type Fire Extinguisher mounted in Kitchen. •Fire Blanket mounted in Kitchen. •1 Standard Type Fire Extinguisher mounted in Bedroom. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house with the exception of large maintenance closet and water heater closet. Both areas are locked. Our home is 16 miles away to Downtown Providence, RI; 20 miles to Newport, RI; 60 miles to Cape Cod, MA; 53 miles to Boston, MA. Fall River is 3 miles away and home to attractions including the Lizzy Borden House, Battleship Cove, Fall River Historical Society, and much more.
