Located just a 2-minute walk to bus 126 and a 13-minute walk to ferry station to NYC, you'll have easy access to all the excitement of the city. The space Location * 2 min walk to Bus 126 to NYC * Within a 1-3min walk to the most popular coffee shops and restaurants in town, such as BWE cafe, the Hive, Anthony Davis, Amanda's, Elysian Cafe * 13min walk from Ferry to NYC. 10-minute ride to Manhattan. * Numerous restaurants nearby within minutes of a walk. Heating and Cooling * Window AC for cooling. * Radiator for heating. (Temperature is set between 68-72 depending on your preference) You won't be able to control the temperature of the radiator as only one furnace supplies the building. However, we can adjust your temperature within seconds through a Google thermostat app. * There is a portable fan in the property as well. Guest access You will have your own unique code of access to the digital lock for the building and your apartment. Other things to note Additional reminders before booking: Strictly NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any party will be terminated right away. NO smoking or vaping inside the property. We cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out. On days with same-day guest turnover, we need the full time to prepare the space thoroughly. We truly appreciate your understanding and ask that you don’t take it personally. That said, we’re happy to offer luggage storage if needed.
