Our condo is located in Kauhale Makai “Village by the Sea”, a community nestled up against a charming beach; perfect to catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include two pools, a hot tub, volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, putting green, several community BBQ grills with picnic tables, and evening tiki torches. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with various types of palm trees and banana trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. The space can sleep up to 4 people, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. When the sofa bed is in use there is very little room to maneuver. Other things to note Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval. Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit. The state of Hawai'i collects a Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25% and sales tax of 4.166%. Maui county has a Transient Accommodation Tax of 3%. We as hosts are required to collect this tax! Mahalo Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex and are shared. Payable via app or coins. We provide Tide pods. Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear as a covid precaution. Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes away. The resort is designated within a hotel-zoned district and, as such, will not be impacted by the pending Short-Term Rental (STR) ban currently under consideration.
