Room is cozy ...on the smaller size - 8 ft X 10 ft 1 twin size bed with desk , bureau and 15" by 30” flat screen TV - Note: no closet but can give you a rack to hang clothes. Room has under bed storage container, 2 built in shelves in wall, lg. long dresser. Cozy small cape house in West Newton, MA. We are a hospitable, kind, welcoming family with a warm comfy home.. There are 3 bed rooms that are for Air B and B guests, This area is close to many schools and universities that has been convenient for students in which we’ve had many grads, interns, international students …We have our friendly dog daisy( Shitzu) who is 16 yrs. Old and loves people. We always want you to feel at home so please…our home is your home :) We have an eat in kitchen, living room , 1 full bath that is shared and a 1/2 bath down in our lower finished basement. Laundry, WiFi, cable tv. We have Parking enough for 4 cars tandem in driveway. Parking on street is allowed all hours during the year - except from 2 :00 AM to 5:00 AM from December through April 1st winter/snow season. We have a very nice back patio with chairs umbrella and table, nice yard and gas grill for anyone to use. All the common areas in our home, eat in kitchen, living room area , laundry area and outside back patio with gas grill etc. We are available during your stay to help guide you answer any questions about our home or any of your travel plans to the Boston area. We are very happy to have you join us in our living room , kitchen or to socialize, share our experiences , help in anyway but also want to respect your privacy and space. We are very welcoming. We live in a very safe neighborhood . 7 Minute walk to the bus stop, 15 min walk to W Newton square and commuter rail train, mass turnpike, 20 min drive to Boston, Cambridge, brookline...close to Waltham line, west Newton has a Movie theatre, CVS, restaurants, ice cream, dry cleaners, banks, D and D , police Dept, court house, many services etc.... 7 min to bus stop 1/2 mile to commuter rail, I 90 mass turnpike, 2 miles to the green line I ask that before leaving and checking out to remove all trash , strip the bed of all the linens put in the laundry.
