Mer~Sea Cottage A charming cottage getaway that is the perfect outline for summer memories on Cape Cod. Located within one of the oldest cottage communities on the Cape, 'Mer~Sea Cottage,' is a place you will find yourselves returning to again and again. Our home is less than a 5 minute walk to our private, sandy beach on the southern shores of Dennis Port, Cape Cod. Newly updated and appointed with everything you need for a seaside vacation with shops, restaurants and activities moments away. The space Included: All linens, 6 bath towels, 6 beach towels, 6 beach chairs, gas grill, keurig w/ k-cups, paper products & toiletries and a garment steamer. Lovely, private backyard with adirondacks and an outdoor shower. The front boasts an expansive, flower filled front deck hosting a table for 4,oversized umbrella and 2 sun chairs. Other things to note ALL Guests must sign and submit an Indemnity Agreement, as required by our association 5 days prior to their arrival. Chases Ocean Grove Rules: REV: 04/20/2023 No glass of any kind is permitted on the beach. Smoking is NOT permitted on the beach. No engine powered watercraft are permitted within 50 feet of the beach. Access to the beach closes at midnight. Beach bracelets must be always worn while on the beach from the weekend before July 4th through Labor Day. Children under 10 years of age are exempt. No swimming on designated "boating" beach. No launching or beaching of boats on designated "swimming" beaches. All trash is "Carry In/Carry Out. No trash shall be left on the beach! No dogs are allowed on the beach. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No fires of any kind are permitted. No charcoal grills are permitted. The speed limit in the Property is 5 miles per hour. Failure to obey speed limits may result in loss of lease. Mer~Sea Cottage Rules & Regulations & Info: • Maximum number of guests 6 • Parking for 2 cars only...1 if it includes oversized SUV's. • All potential renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. • NO animals allowed - we have a family member with extreme allergies/asthma. • Guests over age 10 must sign an indemnity form and agree to the rules of the association that governs the area the cottage is situated within. • Your stay at ‘Mer~Sea Cottage,’ includes bed linens, bath & beach towels, bed pillows, quilts & blankets suitable for beds available. •Cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, broom & mop) will be on site • Basic paper products provided - toilet paper & kitchen paper towel • Beach chairs are provided.
