Our beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bath Cottage will allow you to enjoy the peaceful nature of Hawaii. It's a perfect for parties of 2-4 and is complete with central air conditioning, a spacious living room with two couches that convert into double size beds, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, burner, & toaster. This unit is centrally located with a short 5 minute walk to the world famous Kailua Beach and 10 minute walk into Kailua town. Our 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Cottage is located on our Ali'i property. Our Ali'i property is centrally located with a short 5 minute walk to Kailua Beach, which is recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and a 10 minute walk into Kailua town. This is the only unit on our Ali'i property that is completely separated from the main house. It also has its own semi private yard area. Our guests have access to free parking in the front of the property, coin operated washing machine & dryer, as well as a plethora of beach toys & accessories for all ages. We love interacting with our guests however we are respectful of their privacy. We interact as little or as much as each of our guests allows during their stay with us. Our neighborhood is a safe, well lite, family neighborhood. We have a park (Triangle Park) across the street from our property which includes a swing set and jungle gym play area for the kiddos. Our public transit system is good however I would recommend renting a car or a bicycle depending on how much of the island you want to see during your stay. *PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE MULTIPLE UNITS ON THIS PROPERTY!!! The couches have been upgraded to futon couches in the living room and pictures will be updated soon accordingly!
