The master bedroom has a full ensuite bath with sunken tub/shower. Next to the ensuite is a half bath that can be used by occupants of the northwest bedroom. They will have to share the shower/tub with the master bath. Three twin size futons (without frames) are available for sleeping outside or for extra guests.
