The Hotel at Cape Ann Marina

Since 1972 Cape Ann Marina has been family-owned and operated focusing on the needs of the traveler, a destination by land or sea, and for our boaters a second home. With over 265 boat slips the marina is not complete without our year-round operating hotel with 30 rooms, Mile Marker One Restaurant, and Cape Ann Marine Sales & Service to fulfill all your needs for marine services to keep you on the water. Spanning over 7 acres there are lots to enjoy while you are here. Families, fishermen, and guests are able to enjoy our waterfront. Inside and outside dining on our ever-popular Bridge Deck open seasonally on the water. Cape Ann Marine is standing by to help you with your boat, engine, and storage options. The goal is to keep you smiling and boating. Our friendly dock staff and Dockmaster will greet you if you come and stay with us for a meal at Mile Marker One or welcome you and show you the property if you are spending the night. Standing by on VHF 10 to help and catch your lines. The Fuel Dock and pump out offer extended hours with the best fuel and fueling facility around. Be sure to contact them before or while you are on site. Downtown Gloucester is a short walk and Stage Fort Park and all its beauty, beaches and playground are moments away. Gloucester is celebrating 400 years of history with many events planned throughout the year. Currently, our rooms are not handicap accessible. If you need a first-floor level room, please advise when making your reservation.
