Large fenced in grass backyard offers privacy and relaxation. Patio furniture, Firepit, charcoal and gas grill are also accessible to you. Outdoor shower is sanitized and ready for use! Parking for up to 6 cars on premises Check-in made easy with keypad entry. Other things to note Security Cameras are outside parking area and entrance to the house. No smoking inside the house or in the Breeze way, and a $300 charge if evidence of smoking. However, there's a designated area in the back yard for smoking. The house will host 6 guests comfortably but can sleep 8 people. The 7th and 8th guests will be charge $100 each per night including children ***(babies and young kids are excluded). There’s a late check fee of 30 minutes or more, will be a $75 fee.
