No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted on the property. Be mindful of parking and avoid blocking driveways or roadways. If the owner is not reachable, please contact the designated property manager, whose phone number is on the wooden sign in the front yard. 🌴 Take Care of the Home Kindly remove sandy slippers or shoes before entering — it’s a local tradition and helps keep the home clean. Dispose of trash and recyclables in the bins provided. Please report any damage or maintenance needs right away so we can take care of it promptly. You can do this by contacting the owner through Airbn's communication system which will come through as a text or phone call directly to the owner in real time. 🌅 Check-Out Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged with the owner. Before leaving, please take the trash out to the large trash bin towards the back of the property outside of the white fence, put towels in one spot, and turn off lights, fans. Other things to note TRANSPORTATION ON LANAI Taxi service is available between Lānaʻi Airport, Manele Boat Harbor (where ferries to and from Maui arrive and depart), Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi at Manele Bay, and Lānaʻi City. Since Airbnb does not allow phone numbers to be posted, please search online for Rabaca’s Limousine Service or Lānaʻi Jeep Rental to find their current contact information and rates. Uber may also be available on the island, though service can be limited depending on the time of day and driver availability. If you have a vehicle, you can park on the premises (in the driveway) at no charge. DINING OPTIONS Coffeeworks, less than 5 minutes away on foot, serves freshly brewed coffee, pastries, and light breakfast fare — a perfect morning stop before exploring the island. You’ll find several restaurants in Lānaʻi City’s Town Square, all within a 5- to 10-minute walk, including Pele’s Garden, Blue Ginger, Canoes, Café 565, and Lānaʻi Grill. If you’d like to dine by the ocean, the Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi at Manele Bay offers Nobu Lānaʻi and the Sports Bar, both serving dinner, as well as a main dining room open for breakfast and lunch. GROCERY STORES & LOCAL AMENITIES For groceries and essentials, there are three markets within a 5-minute walk. The largest, Richard’s Market, offers a great selection of deli items, fresh produce, grab-and-go meals, pastries, and an impressive wine selection. The Lānaʻi Recreation Center is just a 5-minute walk from the house and features a heated pool, water aerobics, a basketball court, and a walking path that winds around the football field — perfect for a morning stroll or evening unwind. PLACES TO VISIT, ACTIVITIES The most accessible swimming beach is Hulopoe Bay, which is a public beach at the foot of the Four Seasons Manele Bay Resort. Other points of interest on the Lanai if you're in an adventurous mood: Shipwreck Beach, Garden of The Gods, Polihua Beach, The Munro Trail. These are all off-road destinations that will require a 4X4 vehicle. For sunset-watching try the Lanai Harbor, which is accessible by car and is a 20-minute drive from town. Or visit the Cat Sanctuary (also approx. 20 minutes away and also accessible by car). Other activies such as bike tours, hiking expedition, off-road excursions via all-terrain vehicles, horseback riding, golf, whale-watching, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, guided UTV tours through Lanai's upland terrain, and other activities may be booked through the Adventure Center at the Four Seasons Manele Bay Resort.
