There is a park with playground next door, also. This charming one bedroom unit is not directly on the ocean but located with a lanai opening to the lush courtyard with a pond and fountain to lull you into relaxation. It is only minutes before you saunter down the hallway to the beach or relax in the lovely garden chairs provided on the private grassy bank overlooking the beach and ocean. The islands of Molokai and Lanai are in viewing distance as well as whales, when in season. If this is not enough, you are walking distance ( across the street)to all the conveniences such as restaurants, full size grocery store, farmer’s market, coffee shops, rentals of snorkeling gear and other recreational devices. All this within 5 minutes walk. The building has a feel of a high end resort, without the price for this unit. Also available is a heated waterfront pool and Jacuzzi along with barbeques for your use and patio area for dining around the pool. You are conveniently located 8 minutes walk from the world renowned Kanapali beach or drive to the high end shopping at Whaler’s Village. You can extend your browsing to a 10 minute drive east and find the charming historical town of Lahaina. You will want to spend at least a day there browsing the many unique shops , restaurants and waterfront of this charming place. If you want to head west, be prepared for stunning scenery and a plethora of beaches that are excellent for just relaxing, snorkeling or any of the other recreational activities you can imagine. If fishing from shore is your hobby, then speak to the owners, they are avid fishermen and will have some tips for you. There is always the option of deep sea fishing trips if that is more for you. You can check out these options in Lahaina town. You will have access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment and Lanai with full access to the pool, hot tub, barbecue and patio facilities. Visit Kanapali beach 5 minutes drive to the east or Lahaina town 10 minutes drive. Drive west and see more stunning beaches and scenery. Lots of snorkeling, hiking , surfing options for all. Transit is available but not frequent. Restaurants and groceries are in walking distance as well as places to rent snorkeling gear. Times grocery store has a huge array of cooked food and sushi and is 5 minutes walk. A car is a must for further exploration. Enjoy!
