We have a large private fenced yard with a beautiful tree and a quiet neighborhood. The basement is occupied by quiet, long-term renters with a completely private, separate living space—there are no shared areas. We’ve added a secure lock to the door leading to their unit for everyone’s comfort and privacy. Please be respectful with noise levels, and kindly avoid using or approaching the basement stairs during your stay. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire upstairs and the west side of the fenced yard. There’s a kids’ swing, toys, and even a few dog toys to help keep everyone entertained and happy during your stay! Other things to note Pet friendly with a non refundable fee. Enjoy the convenience of a large doggy door and food and water bowls outside. This is a non wheelchair friendly house. No smoking inside. Pack n play and height chair available!
