If any such activity takes place we will know right away and cancel reservation with no refund. This also applies to guest who show up unannounced. Other things to note ***There is 2 staircases to get to unit. This property is located in a luxury apartment building occupied by residents that live there. Please be mindful and respectful of that. There is no smoking or parties or events. Additional $40 fee if more then 2 guests. ***Noise monitor in unit does record not conversations or words it’s to prevent parties. Guest access - Parking lot 3 min walk away and 6 minute walk away. $20 for the one 6 min walk away and $30 for the one 3 min walk away. You need to receive a parking permit to put in your window.
