Aloha! Welcome to our condo. It has been totally remodeled and has an open floor plan unlike other units in this complex. It's features include: high speed internet access, work space, large flat screen TV in living room and bedroom with HDTV Cable, Blu-ray DVD player and surround sound, two air conditioning units, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, plus a washer and dryer for your private laundry needs. Includes all the linens needed for your stay. The condo is conveniently located within easy walking distance (about a 5 minute walk) to town, beaches, shopping and restaurants. Convenient, but so peaceful, with beautiful ocean views and swaying palm trees. You will find it hard to leave. The Kona Pacific complex has a beautiful pool and club house. The pool deck has 2 gas grills for outdoor cooking and plenty of lounge chairs to soak up some of that Kona sun. The club house has a sink, microwave and small fridge and is located on the upper deck of the pool area. The Kona Pacific grounds are beautifully landscaped and manicured. There is also an elevator for your convenience and a free dedicated parking stall. Relax and enjoy the view from either inside the condo or from the lani. You will see whales (during whale season), spinner dolphins, cruise ships moored and sunsets. Enjoy some Kona coffee in the morning or sip cocktails in the evening from your covered, ocean view penthouse lanai. The master bedroom features a cable flat screen TV as well as a private master bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room has 2 hide-a-bed couches for additional guests and an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The activities on the island are endless including charter fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, fine dining, championship golf courses, dinner cruises, luaus, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
