Welcome to Beaches at the Bay, located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on a tree-lined street! Come enjoy the beautiful sunsets at the Delaware Bay Beaches, just 2 blocks away, and stunning in every season. The white sand beaches of the bay are serene and relaxing, with no beach tags needed. You can kayak, fish, or simply relax and watch the dolphins play in the water promising a great Coastal experience! We have a 7-night minimum stay in July and August, Saturday to Saturday. The space We are just a few short blocks from restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and Wawa. Local wineries, breweries, museums, coffee shops, restaurants, and local pubs are close, as are food shopping and fish markets. The beach entrance is at the end of our street, which is just 2 blocks. We are just a 15-minute drive from the famous restaurants and boardwalks of Historic Cape May and the award-winning beaches of the Wildwoods. The Cape May Lighthouse, Naval Museum, Cape May Ferry, golf courses, fishing marinas, hiking trails, and more distilleries are close. You will immediately feel at home when entering this 3-bedroom 1 bath rancher with all the conveniences you need. The living room has a very comfortable sofa and love seat with seating for 6 + to socialize or watch the wall-mounted TV with Roku, which is ready for streaming. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, a stainless steel range with a convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with an icemaker, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, Keurig, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, utensils, mugs, glasses, and more. The kitchen table seats six. The back deck and completely fenced-in backyard, for your under 50-pound dog, are perfect for sitting and relaxing outside with your morning coffee, happy hour, or stargazing in the evening. There is also a Weber propane grill in the backyard for those who like to grill and dine al fresco. Also in the backyard is the newly installed outdoor shower, refreshing after the beach and enjoying it into the fall, which we love to do. Sleep peacefully in any of the three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, large closets, and lots of storage. The HVAC system has central air and gas heat, making this a home for all seasons. The stack washer and dryer are in a closet in the hallway. There is plenty of off-street parking for three cars. We also provide high-speed Wi-Fi. So come ready to stream! One dog up to 50 lbs per booking is welcome. We provide quilts, blankets, pillows, and kitchen towels. Guests are asked to bring or rent queen-sized sheets, towels, and beach towels. You can rent sheets, towels, beach gear, and more from a local rental service, “Linen Ladies.” We supply starter hand soap, dish and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body soap. Please leave the house the way you found it. We have a 7 night minimum stay in July and August, Saturday to Saturday. Guest access Self Check-in. The electronic code will be shared prior to check in. There is off street parking for 3 cars plus street parking. Please do not park on the lawn. Other things to note Guests have the entire property to themselves. No parties are allowed. Pets limited to 1 dog up to 50 lbs Leashed dogs are welcome on the beach before 11 am and after 4 pm in season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and at all hours off season. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED....TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. We provide pillows & pillow protectors, mattress protectors, bedspreads and blankets. Guests need to provide: Sheets for queen beds and pillowcases, bath and beach towels. Beach gear ( chairs, umbrellas, etc) can also be rented. Linens and towels can be rented through: Linen Ladies or Wildwood Rental Supply. If you will be using a rental supply, please book early to reserve your items. They can be delivered to the front door. Feel free to bring your kayak, paddleboard, and fishing rods to enjoy the calm Delaware Bay waters at the end of the street. The restaurants, beaches, and boardwalks of Historic Cape May and the Wildwoods are just a 15-minute drive away.
